Spring EQ is seeking a Partnership Development Representative to join our growing Wholesale organization. You will play a key role in developing and identifying prospective customers. A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside/telemarketing sales and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, initiate and get final approval of new brokered relationships
  • Identify and activate already approved, existing non producing accounts
  • Learn and become proficient in using company CRM tool
  • Use existing company tools and CRM to initiate searches to identify prospecting opportunities
  • Learn and become proficient in using industry data and subscriptions to identify potential clients
  • Work with sales team to help grow current partner market share and engagement
  • Assist with recertifications

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of mortgage or home equity industry experience helpful
  • Telemarketing and/or sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Professional, positive telephone presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
  • Enthusiastically contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
